Si è brillantemente diplomato in chitarra acustica con il massimo dei voti e la lode più una menzione speciale per la composizione presso la prestigiosa accademia Lizard di Fiesole (Fi) diretta dal noto chitarrista acustico Giovanni Unterberger. Ha conseguito la licenza di Teoria, Solfeggio e Dettato Musicale presso il Conservatorio "L. D'Annunzio" di Pescara e ha ottenuto l'attestato in chitarra flamenca presso il Conservatorio "Casella" de L'Aquila.
Nato nel '78 a Lanciano (Ch), Andrea intraprende lo studio della chitarra classica all'età di sette anni proseguendo sino al 1992, partecipando a rassegne internazionali di chitarra posizionandosi nel 1987 (1° posto) nel 1988 (2° posto) nel 1989 (2° posto).
In seguito si applica allo studio della chitarra acustica, esercitandosi sulle tecniche fingerstyle e fingerpicking inserite all'interno di diversi generi musicali: blues, new age, folk...
Nel '95 entra a far parte dell'Alexian Group, una formazione etnica con cui ha tenuto numerosi concerti e partecipato a varie trasmissioni televisive (Uno mattina, Alle falde del Kilimangiaro, Cominciamo bene) e radiofoniche (Rai International) e in onda sulle reti nazionali e locali. Ha tenuto numerosi concerti internazionali in Spagna, Repubblica Ceca (Kamorho festival), Francia, Croazia (Festival di Zagabria), Bulgaria, Festival dei popoli mediterranei (Bisceglie), Ferrara Buskers Festival, Dromos (Cagliari),"Villa Ada" (Roma), Festival accordeon (Castelfidardo) e molti altri eventi.
Ha inoltre suonato nei diversi cd del gruppo quali: Romano Drom, Parovibbè, Andrè Miro Gi, Metamorfosi, Romanò Them ed è stato pubblicato anche un brano in una compilation "Tribù Italiche" allegato nella rivista specializzata in musica etnica "World". Ha suonato in una compilation dedicato a Fabrizio De Andrè dal titolo "Mille papaveri rossi".
Da solista ha partecipato a numerosi festivals internazionali riscuotendo ottimi consensi dal pubblico e critici musicali: "Music and Life" (Roma), "Strade musicali" (Chieti),"Esplorazioni musicali" (Chieti),"Green hill's in blues" (Atri), "Meeting internazionale di chitarra acustica" (Sarzana),"Suoni di notte" (Ravenna), "Trigallia celtic festival" Argenta (Ferrara), "Concorso internazionale" Matadepera (Spagna), "Festival guitare" Issoudun (Francia), "Open strings" Osnabruck (Germania).
Ha partecipato a vari seminari con i maestri quali Gene Bertoncini, Bireli Lagrene, John Stowell, Paco Suarez, Franco Morone.
E' stato invitato ad aprire il concerto a Bob Brozman, Antonio Forcione, Pete Huttlinger, Antonella Ruggiero, Ivana Spagna e Thornetta
Davies, ed ha suonato con uno dei migliori cimbalonisti europei: il rumeno Marian Serbian.
Ultimamente si è fatto costruire un Harp-Guitar progettata da lui stesso con 17 corde.
Ha inciso nel 2005 il suo primo disco da solista autoprodotto "Memories". Alcuni brani hanno fatto da colonna sonora nei documentari trasmessi su "Linea Verde" RAIUNO ed un brano è stato inserito in una compilation di chiatarristi acustici tra cui c'è anche il nome di Alex Britti.
Ha partecipato alla Fiera dello Strumento di Rimini come endorser delle corde per chitarra acustica Gato.
Il 28 ottobre 2005 è stato il rappresentante italiano nel Festival di Issoudun in Francia dove ha riscosso notevoli consensi dal pubblico e stampa francese.
Il 24 dicembre 2005 è stato insieme al gruppo Alexian Group al Jubilmusic, presso il Teatro Ariston in Sanremo condotto da Paola Saluzzi e trasmesso la mattina della vigilia di Natale su RAIUNO.
Il 29 settembre 2006 ha partecipato a Open Strings, Festival Internazionale di Chitarra, tenutosi a Osnabrück, in Germania, scelto come rappresentante italiano.
Di recente è uscito il suo nuovo disco "If..." prodotto in Germania da una nota etichetta discografica specializzata nella musica acustica: Acoustic Music Records tra cui ci sono nomi noti nel panorama della chitarra acustica mondiale: Peter Finger, Tim Sparks, Pierre Bensusan, Franco Morone, etc...
Il disco è distribuito a livello mondiale e diversi brani sono stati trasmessi da alcune radio europee (Berlino, Zagabria).
Diverse le recensioni su riviste specializzate tra cui, "Guitar club", "Chitarre", "La Guitare" (Francia), "Akustik gitarre" (Germania), mentre a settembre uscirà l'intervista su "Folk Bulletin".
Di recente ha formato un trio in cui percorrerà un viaggio musicale attraverso le varie influenze e stili che lo hanno maggiormente ispirato nella sua carriera artistica. Il trio è composto da violino,contrabbasso e chitarra.

Born in Lanciano (Italy), Andrea undertakes the study of the classical guitar to the seven year-old age; actually continuing to 1992, participating in international reviews of guitar positioning himself in 1987 (1° place) in 1988 (2° place) in 1989 (2° place).
Subsequently it is applied to the study of the acoustic guitar practicing himself/herself/itself on the technical fingerstyles and fingerpicking inserted inside different musical son-in-laws,: blues, new age, folk, with the teacher Paolo Giordano.
Nel'95 enters to belong to the Alexian Group, an ethnic formation with which he has held numerous concerts and participated in various italian telecasts (Uno Mattina, Alle falde del Kilimanjaro, Cominciamo bene) and italian broadcast (Rai International) and in wave on the national and local nets. He has held numerous international concerts in Spain, Czech Republic (Kamorho festival), France, Croazia (Festival of Zagabria), Bulgaria, Festival of the Mediterranean people (Bisceglie), Ferrara Buskers Festival and many other events. He has contributed besides to the new CD of the Alexian Group (Romano Drom) and Metamorphosis and a passage has been published in also a compilation "Italic Tribe" attached in the specialized magazine in ethnic music "World." He has played in a compilation devoted to Fabrizio De Andrè by the title "Thousand red poppies." Meanwhile it follows lessons of guitar jazz near the European Musician Institute with the teacher Giuseppe Continenza and it participates as soloist in numerous contests and musical demonstrations:
- 1° prize to the "Music and Life" of Rome.
- 2° prize to "Musical Roads" of Chieti.
- 3° prize to "Musical Explorations" of Chieti.
- 3° place to "Acoustic Way" of they Launch.
- "International review" of Recanati.
- "Green Hill in Blues" of Atria.
- "Italian Meeting Rock."
- 2° place to the "international Meeting of acoustic guitar" of Sarzana.
- 1° place to the contest of acoustic music "Sounds at night" of Ravenna.
He has participated in various seminars with the teachers Gene Bertoncini, Bireli Lagrene, John Stowell, Paco Suarez, Franco Morone.
He has invited to open the concert to Bob Brozman and you/he/she has played with one of the best European cimbalonistis: Romanian Marian Serbian.
Lately he is made to build a Harp-Guitar planned by himself with 17 ropes.

He has recorded a Demo (On the road) from him played with six composed passages for acoustic guitar with techniques from him personalize. The disk has excellently been reviewed from italian review, and a passage has been inserted in the compilation of Italian acoustic guitarists "Fingerpicking.net" in which is present also Alex Britti and so many other names of the panorama of the acoustic guitar. He has participated in the "Fiera delgi Strumenti Musicali" in Rimini as endorser of the ropes for acoustic guitar 'Gato'.
Recently be busy in the new tour with the Alexian Group with which it will play in Europe and in Italy.
